The 90\u2019s called and wanted its sludge back.. Finland\u2019s HOLLOW CORPSE revives the spirit of the golden age of fucked up riff-driven sludge from the nineties when the great names like -16-, EYEHAGEGOD, CAVITY, SOURVEIN and early FLOOR ruled the sound, times before the entire genre was flooded with sub-par copies. One might also find reminiscense to some European sludge from early 2000\u2019s like RAMESSES. \u201cSlobbed Out And Given Up\u201d is the band\u2019s second full lenght where they have really fit the pieces of the puzzle to their place and perfected the package \u2013 soundwise as well as aesthetically, and you can see how totally fucked up, distorted and fuzzed out the band sounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
