BETELZEUS’ sound has taken a step towards a more atmospheric and fragile expression. The music floats somewhere between sludge and post metal but the band has still not lost their original sound. It’s more like a continuation to where the debut album ended. SHEDDING THE SKIN is recorded, mixed and mastered by Tom Brooke who is known for his work with ORANSSI PAZUZU, THROAT, KAIRON; IRSE! and many others. The album was recorded in early 2021.
