Iron Corpse sells products direct to consumers as well as businesses in Finland, the EU and worldwide.
VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices shown by default include Finnish VAT 25,5% for customers inside the EU.
For customers outside of the EU, your order will be taxfree. The taxfree price will show after you add items to your cart, then open the cart and press the link “Calculate shipping”. Once you enter your country the prices will show as taxfree (Export of goods, AVL 70 §).
Second hand items are sold within the margin scheme tax, and the price does not include deductable value added tax (Margin scheme – Second-hand goods, AVL 209 e §).
The purchased items become the property of the customer once payment is completed, and will be shipped with the service you have chosen at checkout. Orders are shipped in general within a week of the payment date. You will be notified by email should there be any delays.
TERMS OF SHIPPING
All items are shipped direct from Iron Corpse stock, so there is no backorder waiting period. This does not include items marked “PRINT ON DEMAND”, in which case the item ships direct from the manufacturer that Iron Corpse relays your order to.
By default all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number in order update email when the order is completed.
If tracked shipments are lost in transit, get in touch with Iron Corpse in the contact email address for replacement or refund. This does not apply to orders that have not been collected once they have arrived in the destination service point, or orders with small items that have been selected to ship untracked at your own risk.
Iron Corpse is not responsible for refunds on items that are shipped untracked, or not collected when the shipment has arrived to destination service point.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
By finnish customer protection act, the customer has a right to return or exhange new products within 14 days of sales transaction. The customer must indicate the wish of item return or exchange by email within 14 days. Please include your original order email with contact information. The product must be unopened and/or in the same condition as purchased, and fit for resale.
Second hand products are sold as is and any issues or flaws are described as detailed as possible. Second hand products are not possible to return or exhange.
The shipping costs of returning items is on behalf of the customer. All items must be returned with tracked shipping.
